All unopened, Non-Cannabis products that have been purchased through our online store can be returned within 14 days of shipment receipt. Sale or clearance items are considered final sale - unless you have received a product that has been damaged during delivery or deemed defective.
All Cannabis based products are considered final sale. If you have received a product that you believe is not of expected quality, please contact our Customer Services Team at email@example.com. They will assist you in resolving the issue.
Original shipping/delivery fees are non-refundable.
To return a product, please email our Customer Services Team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call 905-230-DOPE. Please have the name on the order and the order number ready. Once we verify your order, you will be emailed a prepaid shipping label. Place the label on the package and drop off at any Purolator depot. Once your returned product has been received and verified by our team, we will credit the original payment method used for the purchase.
In response to COVID-19, at this time we cannot offer in-store returns for purchases made online. We are working diligently to give customers this option.
